Refund policy

At Swilly Boutique, we want you to love your purchases, but we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Online orders can be returned for store credit only if done within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

Please be aware that items marked as FINAL SALE, including those purchased at a 30% discount or more and items in the SALE category, cannot be returned. This also includes accessories and items from Flash Sales. Final sale items listed on your packing slip are not eligible for return.

Returns of items will incur a 20% restocking fee, and after 14 days, no returns will be accepted. Due to hygiene reasons, items such as bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, and similar items cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand-new condition—unworn, with tags attached, and free of makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, or any other marks. If the items are not in perfect condition, we will be unable to accept the return. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
